It regularly conducts training programs and provides consultancy services. In 2011, it made an in-depth study of lesser-utilized fruits for value-addition. The trial and pilot studies are over and it is planning to launch different value-added products in Nepal. The organization also supports various academic researches. In 2013, Dharan Multiple Campus provided lab facilities for Bachelor level and PhD research scholars from other institutes also.
